HOW WE SELECT AN AGENCY

Loyalty Street gives property owners the chance to make an informed choice on which agency to hire based on factual, and reliable information from our research.

The data collected includes:

  • Prices achieved relative to asking price for completed property transactions
  • Days from first listing to sold subject to contract for completed transactions
  • What percentage of listed properties reach completion
  • Incidence of price reductions

As well as more subjective factors such as:

  • How local and how knowledgeable their staff are
  • Quality and Location of their offices
  • Service standards
  • Advertising strategies
  • Innovation in their approach
  • Complimentary services offered

Loyalty Street uses the data to categorise the agents in each locality, awarding a star rating. The best agents are invited onto the Loyalty Street panel.

When a Loyalty Street customer does instruct you to sell their property please contact us at info@loyaltystreet.com

Once a month we review all of our customers in your area and if they are selling with a non Loyalty Street agency we will remind them, on your behalf, to choose a Loyalty Street agency.

We also contact all our customers three times a year reminding them of the Loyalty Street agencies in their area.
